Club Spotlight: Play to Stay

It’s always nice when a Club sets what expectations they have right there in their Club name. Play to Stay definitely gets points for letting you know that if you don’t play, well, maybe you don’t stay. But don’t let that fool you – play and you’ll be rewarded with some great company!

1. What is the name of your Club and who is your Club Leader?

The name of our club is “Play to Stay” If you Play at least once per day you get to Stay!! Victoria Tims a.k.a. Tori is the leader of this fun club!!  That’s me!!!

2. And who is your Club Co Leader?

Our Co-Leader is Lynda Wilson – She was given this position because she has been a member of our Club since June of this year and she is one fierce player!   She helps me with encouraging the team and she always has good suggestions!  

She suggested that we submit to the SPOTLIGHT!!

3. How long has your Club been around? 

I started the Club in May of 2018. I wanted a club that was active but not cut throat competitive. Some teams can be very harsh. I just wanna have fun and excel as much as possible without the stress!

4. What’s your motto?

Our motto is: We are a team! Have Fun! Get Perks! Collect Tributes! Play once a day!

5. What do you talk about in the Chat Channel?

We encourage each other on the channel. If the decks aren’t in our favor we commiserate with each other. Sometimes we discuss the various geographical areas that we all come from. We have one player from Italy! Although the rules are to play at least once a day if a member needs to be gone for a little bit they can let me know ahead of time and their position is safe. We have a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere in our Club!

6. What are some things you all have in common?

We all LOVE to play Tripeaks!!!  

7. How would you describe your strategy?

Our strategy is to HAVE FUN! That is number ONE!! I also require that you collect Tributes daily because that shows me you are a team player and not just interested in getting ahead in the game for yourself.  It’s that simple!

8. Who’s the hardest working Club Member?

I hate to pick the hardest working member because we all work as hard as we can within our own limits. Everyone has a different lifestyle and some can play more frequently than others but there are certain members that are always in the top 3 and I am very grateful for them! The team knows who they are!!

9. Who’s the funniest?

I like to think I am the funniest, the leader, Tori… but I challenge anybody to show me otherwise! I would love that!

10. Is there something you’d like to say to the Solitaire TriPeaks Community? If so, what?

Well,  I appreciated being able to fill the survey a few days back… I hope that my suggestions are considered. Other than that this is really a great game that I love coming back to over and over! Please don’t go away!!
