Posted by The national flower for Japan is the Sakura, or Cherry Blossom. This beautiful pink and white flower represents new beginnings and happy thoughts. In the Tiki Islands, this means a big huge festival.
And while new beginnings and happy thoughts are more important than ever, the reality is our sweet Mini-Tikis just can’t catch a break!
This time, as they were hard at work decorating the site for the “Turtle Cove Cherry Blossom Festival”, a huge storm blew in. Most of the Mini-Tikis were putting the final touches on decorating an enormous bridge they’d just built to lead folks over a beautiful, but dangerous, part of the shoreline. So many Mini Tikis and possibly billions of Cherry Blossoms were blown out to sea! Thankfully, the planks provide flotation and keep them from being submerged.

How? Thankfully, the Islanders have coordinated a rescue mission around their return. All you have to do is join the “Rescue Mission”, located near the bottom center of the game screen:
Then hit the “GO” button to play the Rescue Mission Levels to rescue as many of them as you can:
You’ll see the poor wee ones trapped in cards, and it’s up to you to play those cards – and quickly – or the currents will carry them away to the next level, where their only hope is to be rescued by someone else!
The water fills fast, so move quickly! BUT DO NOT WORRY! If the card fills up, the card with the Mini-Tiki is removed and placed into a different game where the Mini-Tiki has another opportunity to be saved!
The more Mini-Tikis you rescue, the more rewards you earn. After a certain number of levels, you’ll get to play the Match Game for some sweet, sweet rewards. You must match THREE items. You can see what you’ll win if you get the three items in the key on the left:
You’ll see how many Mini-Tikis you’ve collected and how many more you need to go for that level before the beginning of each round:
