Today we meet Amanda T, a big Solitaire TriPeaks fan with a penchant for a sweet dog we call Poi, and who you’ll likely find playing with a piping hot cup of coffee by her side. 

Although both Tiki and Poi are a little suspicious of the Club’s Name (especially Poi), they’re willing to consider that perhaps this Club is referring to poi, the mashed-up taro root side dish popular in Hawaiian cuisine. Still, they’ll be watching this Club like hawks to ensure Poi, the dog’s, safety.
