3. How did you both discover Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks?
I discovered Tiki Solitaire Tripeaks about 2 years ago from my best friend! I then showed my 65 year old dad and got him addicted.
4. Are you both in Clubs? Are you in the SAME Club?
I am in the Club, Daisybaby. My dad is QUITE stubborn and refuses to join Facebook, gmail, or anything really. I let him play on my iPad while I play on my phone. (He also refuses to download apps).
5. What’s the most “O-M-G Dad” thing he does?
OMG – there are so many. I would say that the whole refusal to download social media is the most crazy thing because actually LOVES IT. He uses my mom’s Facebook and when he wants to comment on something he signs his name. LOL. I have to take my iPad away from him (like a child) so that I am able to do work!
6. Have you ever had an argument over the game?
I wouldn’t say we argue over the game but he has definitely judged me for purchasing items on the app.
7. Be honest – who is the better player?
He is definitely the better player! He has been playing all forms of card games for years so he really enjoys this game because it’s a little competitive.
8. What’s your favorite “Dad” joke?
Since I was a kid he has told me this joke when I am singing in the car: He asks, “Hey who sings that song?” I answer, then he replies back with “Yeah, let’s keep it that way.” To this day it gets me every time because I think that he is actually interested in updated music!
9. What’s your favorite Dad story?
My dad and I LOVE Christmastime (we are called the Christmas Elves) – so every year we watch A Christmas Story together. The dad from the movie reminds me so much of my dad so it makes me grateful that I get to watch with my own dad every year. He is the best.
10. Do you have any final thoughts you’d like to share with the Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks Community?
This game has really bonded me and my dad! With everything going on in the world, it’s easy to argue about things with such a big age gap between us. However, this game is our common ground that we look forward to everyday!!
