Meet Curly and Scout,the Pilot Penguins, who would love nothing more than to take you for a ride on the High Skies and Wagers balloon!
The High Skies & Wagers events happen every so often, and they’re here for those of us who enjoy a little risk with the potential of big rewards.
WHAT IS HIGH SKIES & WAGERS?
In short – it’s a short, fun event for folks who enjoy adding a twist of risk into their daily play by betting either two or three times the entry cost to receive two or three times the rewards. Bet up three times every time for a chance to win the Grand Prize! It’s high risk in the high skies!
WHERE IS HIGH SKIES & WAGERS?
When you open the app, you’ll find it on the lower left portion of your screen, as seen here:
ENJOY YOUR QUEST FOR FUEL!
Once you tap the High Skies icon, you’ll be included in a short conversation between Curly and Scout, which drives home the point that you in order for them to fly their balloon, you’ll need to help them find Sparks, which is what fuels their hot air balloon. And you do this by doing what you love doing most – playing levels! The higher you wage, the more Sparks you earn.
LIMITED TRIPS – LIMITED TIME!
You begin with a limited number of games to play… and a limited amount of time in which to play them:
Here you can see the Navigation Panel, which on the left shows you the the prizes you’ll collect as you earn each Spark milestone, and on the right, the Island on which you’ll be playing your levels.
WAGER UP AND WAGER DOWN
It’s easy to set your wager. Just look for the plus and minus signs. You’ll see that the number of Coins you’ll need to play the game doubles when you double it, and triples it when you triple it. If you have Free Plays available, the Free Play will cover only the 1x. In other words, if you don’t wager up, your game is covered by the Free Play, but if you wager up, then the number of Coins you’ll need to play will be shown:
Remember – the more you wager, the higher your rewards! If you want the Grand Prize, you’ll want to wager 3x each game. Once you’ve won your games, you’ll see how many Sparks you’ve earned:
After you’ve played all the available games, you’ll collect your reward, and you’ll know that you’ve helped Curly and Scout continue their journey!
