Posted by On Friday, June 28th, we’ll be featuring the Club with the BEST LEADER, based on the nominations we receive from the Club members who have the privilege of playing under that leader.
Do you think YOUR leader deserves that shout out? It’s a huge honor, and there are a lot of amazing Club Leaders out there. If you plan to nominate yours, here are some suggestions to make your nomination stand out:
- Answer the “WHY” – Think of three reasons why your Club Leader stands out, and provide examples. If your Club Leader is incredibly understanding, cite an example or two of times your Leader exhibited this behavior. If your Leader brought out the best in you, cite an example there, as well.
- Be Creative – We expect to get a LOT of nominations. Spend a little time on your nomination so it stands out. Be funny, make it into a poem, pull at the heart-strings, quote others from your Club, include a picture if that helps or do something out of the ordinary so that we, the judges, really understand why your Club Leader deserves this label.
- Make it Readable – Use spell-check, make sure it’s grammatically correct, and do your best to make sure it flows so that it’s easy to understand.
