And while a certain member faces a most-certainly “less-than-beautiful” challenge in her country, the very fact that these far away members of this Club keep her in their thoughts and prayers while she struggles through definitely aligns them with their chosen name.

Sittin’ on the front porch, sippin’ sweet tea and watching a sunset…
5. What do you talk about in the Chat Channel?
We support and encourage each other, share tips, & our day to day experiences in real life.
6. If your Club was a song, what song would it be?
If our Club was a song, it would be, “We Are The Champions”…is that too cliche?! Oh well, it fits 😉
7. Is your Club’s name accurate? If not, what SHOULD the Club be called?
Our Club name is definitely accurate. Life is Beautiful from where we’re sitting! (Which is on the front porch, with sweet tea and a glorious sunset 😉
8. Who in your Club lives the furthest away from everyone else, and where is that?
We have a precious team member that lives in Benghazi, Libya.
9. Has your Club every helped anyone through some difficult times?
That same team member is facing the possibility of an impending civil war in her country, similar to the one in 2011. The country is shutting down internet to prevent communication, but we will be holding her spot as a beloved member of our team. People are more important than points. We are praying for her 🙂
10. What are three things you’ve learned by being in a Club?
Three things I’ve learned by being in a Club and being a Club leader: 1. You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink. 2. You’re only as good as the weakest member… especially members that don’t know about the chat :-/ 3. Caring about each team member as a person is the No. 1 priority, everything else falls into place… including the #1 spot 😉
