Posted by Look! Up there in the sky! Are those birds? Why, yes – they’re SOARING EAGLES, and thus far, this unflappable (except for their wings) Club has soared into the Platinum League through hard work, grit, determination, and a sharp sense of humor.
1. What is the name of your Club, what league are you in, and who is your Club Leader?
SOARING EAGLES in the Diamond League, led by RETTY BULLSIE TEXAS!
2. And who is your Club Co Leader?
Jennifer and Charm – They are the best! Between the 3 leaders, someone is always around for questions or just to encourage.
3. How long has your Club been around?
SOARING EAGLES was born December 4, 2018
4. What’s your motto?
“We can be winners if we all play often, read notes, 3000 pts b4 idle”
5. What do you talk about in the Chat Channel?
We have great imaginations, so it would look very strange to an outsider. One day we were talking about how we should all show up at RETTY BULLSIES house as we are spread out half way around the world. It would be funny, because we would all be playing Solitaire Tripeaks together like we do anyway. Then RETTY said we were all nuts so we all decided what kind of a nut we would want to be… like a Peanut M&M or Jordan almond etc.
6. What are some things you all have in common?
Our addiction to Solitaire Tripeaks. Some (my husband) may call it unhealthy, I call it therapy.
7. What’s something that’s unique or especially interesting about your Club?
One of the original members of our Club (Sharon) identified a level on Tiki Beaches that is fun to play, does not require boosters and has pretty good payouts win or lose. RETTY gave it the name “Sharon Shuffle” and it is a favorite level played by our Club.
8. Who’s the hardest working Club Member?
Our entire team comes together and all work as hard as they can for the circumstance they are in. That is my favorite thing about our team. Some are sick, some work or have family obligations, but we all rally around each other to get it done. From week to week or month to month, the person with the highest points could vary greatly.
9. Who’s the funniest?
It has to be RETTY. Sometimes intentional sometimes not :). She loves funny stories, sharing them and getting others to share. Also, sometimes she’s just doing updates and autocorrect (which she has named “hoogle”) is always changing her words along the way, and it’s just funny…
10. Is there something you’d like to say to the Solitaire TriPeaks Community? If so, what?
I’m really grateful I found this game and have the blessing of being in a Club with such supportive teammates.
