It’s the last in our series of the Pet Spotlight, so we thought we’d slow it down a bit and meet Marley, the tortoise who chases ants and shakes her booty!

Well, here’s a pet we certainly did not expect to see when we opened up the email box. Meet Ruffus, an Argentine black and white tegu, which is a large lizard. Truth be told, we thought it was some sort of alligator. But, as they say, you learn something new every day, and we were delighted to meet this fellow! 

If you are what you eat… well, this little guy is… let’s just say “something else”! Cute as can be, even if his nickname is “Pirate” due to his missing eye, Winstone is out to win your heart!

They say “you don’t choose your pets, they choose you.” While that’s definitely not everyone’s experience, it certainly is for Lily’s human, Heather! Truly, an inspiring tale of how one small dog can make one big leap in one’s ability to love.

Today we meet two adorable dogs who seem to have master’s degrees in “Cuteness”. Although the submission did not say, these two appear to be siblings. And like siblings, these two can be quite cute one moment, and full of rivalry the next!
